As soon as you leave the ship, youโll find plenty of shuttle buses offered for more than $12 per person. Hereโs a simple, cheaper and faster alternative to reach the city center.
Hereโs how:
- Get off the ship and take the free port shuttle. Youโll be handed a pink ticket, which is required to exit the secured terminal.
- Once you arrive at the port exit, walk 5 to 7 minutes to Piazza del Municipio, located right nearby.
- From there, you can take a local bus to the city center for only $2, or explore Livorno on foot or by sightseeing bus.
- This is also the square where all excursions to Pisa depart!
โ In less than 15 minutes, youโll be in the lively heart of Livorno, around Piazza Grande.
