- About a 15-minute walk from the port to Napoli Garibaldi station (via Piazza Municipio), or take the metro (simple and quick).
- Trains are generally reliable but can sometimes be crowded, with no guaranteed seating (we’ve taken it—still fine!).
- Once you arrive at Pompei Scavi station, there’s still several hundred meters to walk to the entrance of the archaeological site.
